Allow imported entries to be assigned to specific entry creators, so that a designated WordPress user has ownership of each entry - instead of the admin account that conducted the import.

This would provide compatibility with the Advanced Filter plugin's 'Show only if entry created by logged in user' feature, which is based off of the entry creator.
