Edit Entry in Lightbox
I would like to see similar Lightbox functionality in Gravity View as we had in Gravity Forms Directory -- not just the ability to view an image in the lightbox, but the ability to quickly review an entire ENTRY in a lightbox.
... So that when you are viewing a table of submitted entries, you can get a quick glimpse at the details of each one within a lightbox, rather than clicking through entries one by one.
Additionally, it would be great to be able to add "View Previous / Next Entry" links to the Single Entry View.

Print Single Entry from Table
Allow a user that is viewing the table to add a checkbox column in which you can print the entry without having to view it.
Also, allow for multiple checkboxes to be selected and print the desired entries.

Add the ability to create columns in views. I would like to be able to display views that contained columns, not just rows.
The default view contains two columns in the header and in the footer. This is great although when we want to display content in a specific view it would be nice to be able to add columns so data did not simply have to be displayed as one field per one row.

Calculate Global Form Values / Statistics
Generate data based on calculations across all form submissions. For example, if users submit a a certain value in a given field, I want to be able to total those up. E.g. how many people answered "X" to question "Y". This would create a way to provide global form "statistics".

Allow field editing by custom capability or user role
Am loving the editable fields enhancement in v1.5 but it doesn't quite cover the use cases I'm working with, where one set of users fill out a form and another group of users process it and advance the form onto its next status (generally processed, delivered, collected, customer no-show, etc.)
I think there is scope to take the existing feature even further and bridge the gap between Gravity Forms and a genuine workflow solution, if you could either:
- Make fields editable according to a custom user role (I'm thinking of the Members plugin here), or...
- extend the existing choice of…

Map View - Geo Locate
It would be GREAT if the maps view geolocated to the user looking at it. From a PC or a Mobile.
It would be even better if when it geolocated, (in multiple view) it only showed the listings (below the map) of the listings in the geolocated view!
Also - it would be very cool if when someone ZOOMS in on a map, the listings below only show the pins that show in the zoomed in map.
Cheers,

New button. "Edit Entry" next to "save/send as new"
Here is an idea. Some users fill forms but sometimes time they have to fill fields where they need value from older entry.
If there will be new button in edit entry. Button can duplicate old entry witch all changes. i.e. edit entry and save as new.10 votes -
Add conditional show/hide functionality at the column level
We can show/hide rows conditionally in Gravity View, but GF allows for field-level visibility by conditions. It would be nice if that same logic could be applied to the single-record view of GV

Add "is any" to the Advanced Filter options
For the advanced filtering, I would like to be able to show results that have any value of a certain field, besides an empty value. Currently there is "is, is not, greater than, and less than".

Sorting
Some data I'd like to sort but not have it be alphabetically.
For example: A, B, C, D
I'd like it to sort: D, A, C, BWith GravityForms we can enter the value for the label as a number. I'm thinking if we had an option to rename the label in GravityView - So 1=D, 2=A, 3=C, 4=B then we could accomplish this type of sorting.

set up different view types between Multiple Entries and Single Entry
for example the Multiple Entries view is set as a Table View, but when drilling into an entry it is formatted as a List View.
Would be helpful for form entries with many entries, each with a lot of fields as a simplified summary could be shown via the Table View, but a formatted summary of the entry with Subheadings and Listing Titles is displayed when selecting the individual entry.7 votes -
Allow entries to be searchable by default WordPress search
It's confusing to have content in entries that doesn't appear in a sitewide search. Site visitors don't know the difference between entries, posts, pages, etc. Let's make all the data searchable...
