Filter entries created by a logged-in user or entries referenced to a logged-in user
In Advanced Filter extension, it would be great allow to filter by logged-in user not only entries created by a user (already implemented and excellent), but also entries "pointed" to that logged-in user (and create by other), using another field like email or username.
For example, if I want to assign a task to another user, I fill the email user and describe the task; after that, I would like to display a view with tasks created by that user (once is logged) and tasks created by others. Or other example, a view with files uploaded by users and files uploaded to them.

Did this ever get added?
We want our affiliates to be able to edit their profile, but the "Created By" filter returns empty. We assume it's because they were not logged in when they registered.
We'd like to be able to filter by -- {user} "is" Currently Logged In User
Is this possible? Or is there a method we're not seeing?
