Create PDF entry file and pay to download

Generate a PDF file like with Gravity Forms PDF Extended and the end user must pay to dowload the file.This will help to get a kind of Membership or Pay per view directory.

    A PDF export for single and list views (nicely formatted, i.e. beyond the existing table export) would be a nice feature. I don't need a payment option but the export / print would be really useful.

    I wonder if you could license the GF PDF Extended functionality and bake it into GravityView?
